FENG SHUI
FENG SHUI is the placement of furniture and objects within your environment so as to make that space pleasing and comfortable. The principles of Feng Shui are designed to alter your environment and your very being so that you are able to use those changes to the best advantage in the tides of fortune.
Three major themes run through Feng Shui, these are:
Humans are affected by their surroundings Feng Shui is a language of symbols Feng Shui is a form of practising metaphysics
The topics covered in this introductory course are based on the Black Hat Tibetan Buddhist model of practising FENG SHUI. We will discuss the following:
What is BHTB Feng Shui? Chi - what is it and types of chi. Bagua - what is it and how do I use it.
Be prepared to draw a floor plan of your home, office or building where you wish to make Feng Shui corrections or remedies.
Click here for next scheduled workshop 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Fee: $40.00
The following workshops are also offered: Clean, Cleanse, Clear Learn how chi gets stalled and what to do about it. What items should you de-clutter? How to get sluggish chi moving. Change chi from negative to positive. How to keep the chi moving in your home to bring you good fortune.
Effective Use of Elements Feng Shui likens our homes to our bodies. The way in which we tend and decorate our homes has a great effect on our emotional, physical & spiritual state, or does our state reflect the way in which we decorate and tend our homes? Colour has by far the greatest impact, of all the elements, on humans. Not only can it evoke certain feelings, but it can stimulate the chakra and body areas where these emotions are stored. Bring an 8 X 10 hand drawn floor plan of your home ( 1 sheet for each floor)
Garden Feng Shui Learn how to enhance the energy of your property using the principles of Black Hat Feng Shui and the Bagua as a road map. We will discuss guardians, elementals and "Pan" energy and answer questions like where the BBQ or the compost pile should "really" be located. We'll talk about how and where to create a "Sacred Space", the use of plants to activate areas of the Bagua and what to do with odd shaped lots.
